PSW Power & Automation has signed a frame agreement with a Swedish energy company for the delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The agreement relates to design, delivery, installation, commissioning, adjustment, and handover of BESS in accordance with the framework description.
The framework agreement will commence in Q4 2024 and extend for a period of two years, with the possibility of three additional 2-year extension options.
The framework agreement does not entail any delivery obligations but specifies a maximum delivery volume classified as a large-scale agreement (3).
